Love that phenotype of Subs, reminds me of Ps. cyanescens. I think the veil overlaps the cap in the pin stage, than leaves a speckled halo around the cap edges.

Is there any other way to know that someone is TI other than looking here: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/2263556

There will be a "Trusted Identifier" tag displayed on the left side of their post, underneath their name.

Forgot also to ask about the potency of these Weraroa subsecotioides - how do they compare to Subaeruginosa (don't see them in the calculator)?
Can they be dried, or freezing is better (read that Weraroa loose a lot with drying)?

Weraroa doesn't loose more potency than others by drying. Drying + freezing is the way to go. Freezing fresh mushrooms is a bad idea. I think psilocybe weraroa is about as potent as semilanceata. Not sure about this, though.
