Any advise would help.. for some reason I cant get anything to pin.. ive had cakes fully colonize shoe boxes fully colonize and I get nothing but a thick white rubbery layer of mycelium. ive been told too much RH and not enough air exchange causes this so ive tried more fanning less spraying and I get dried out lumps of rock... any advise would help please

Some cultures just dont fruit. I say either start different spores or try another ms run.

Sounds like bacteria if it's rubbery.
Cubes will fruit on their own if your spawn is clean.
Time to bust out the agar.

Not likely to be the problem unless OP is running untested monocultures.

Would need more info in order to give you some good help. Pics of this rubbery top layer of mycelium would also help.

Contam/bacteria issues aside some genetics can form a blobby mess, namely PE but I've seen  other genetics do some weird shit too. Have you been attempting grows with one variety/culture etc? Shoeboxes are pretty "set and forget" so my bet would be that you're dealing with bad spawn, or it's also entirely possible you're killing them with love, misting and fanning a shoebox isn't necessary. At least through the first flush anyway you don't need to do anything but leave them alone assuming your moisture levels were okay to begin with.

What does this rubbery top layer look like though? Bacteria can cause this fucked up melted ice cream sort of look, but usually you can at least get some pins if you let it go.

What are you using for spawn? Are you working from agar? Using reputable genetics? Like I said, need a lot more info. If you're following any of the proven teks out there it would almost seem to me that you'd want to make sure you're even growing cubensis mycelium. After numerous tries, once you get to a fully colonized substrate it seems unlikely to never get any pins whatsoever.

its definitely frustrating .. my first attempt a year ago was great B+ on brf cakes.. but it seems the more I try to educate myself the worse it gets. ill get pics up shortly but as of rite now I have brf cakes colonized with treasure coast. the cakes before that were A+ and both times this happens.. last time I was told too much water not enough air so I scraped off the marshmallow coating down to clean brf and then they weren't getting enough moisture and dried up..

I tried the shoebox tek and I get great colonization but it ends up drying out before pinning. I had my coco/verm mixture at field capacity so im not sure what went wrong.

Do the blobs have a yellowish fluid on them? Sounds to me like a bacterial issue coming from your spawn. Had similar issues in the past. I'm pretty sure it was caused by too many generations of g2g that either got weak with age, picked up a bacterial contamination over time or a combination of the two. Go back to agar, get a clean culture growing and you should be fine. For Pete's sake don't give up. Clone2a (if possible), a2a, a2g, g2g, spawn to bulk, then fruit. Perform every step every week so once you get going, there's always something ready to use and you're always preparing something to be used in the future. Overlap each task and always be cultivating. Giving up is for losers, not for you. Happy cultivating.

Is that uv or led lighting? Is that common now a days. I've never used anything other than 6500k t5. Could lighting be the issue? Doesn't look so bad it won't fruit to me without know more about your rh and fae.

Never throw in your towel.  If you wanna make it in this universe you have to know where your towel is at all times.

Those cakes are definitely overlaid the tub they are in doesn't look like it has any holes
It is not enough to just simply replace the air in a fruiting chamber with fanning
A few times a day. FAE is about the constant exchange of air while maintaining the
Highest humidity possible. Thats why shotgun fruiting chambers work so well.

And those bag blocks look contaminated, hard to tell with what, but they
dont look healthy.

Yeah those all look like they had dirty spawn.

With shoeboxes next time try mixing one up, snapping the lid on and not touching it except to check on it once in a while real fast.

No misting or fanning or anything.

That’s almost guaranteed to get half decent mushrooms.

Also...have these all been the same syringe?  It could be possible you got some difficult to fruit edible or exotic or something.

Do you have pictures of the grain jar that went in the shoebox?

Yeah I would throw the towel in on this whole grow and start over. Every one of the pictures you posted is bactiera contamination. I'm guessing you went spore to cakes with all of it.

Oh and bad genetics won't cause healthy mycelium to not fruit. I know w
That was said earlier in the post. All mycelium will produce fruits. It's part of the life cycle.
