Jars almost fully colonized and stalled, can I still spawn to bullk?

Hello all,
So I'm still a total noob at this and I'm a little stuck here so thought I'd reach out for some advice with these pictures. These are 24oz 5-grain blend jars that have been colonizing for almost two months (taken much longer than I thought but they look healthy enough...) They have stalled out at this point and are not colonizing any further, I'd say they are 90 - 95% colonized. There are three of these jars in total and these pictures are of these 3 jars taken from multiple angles - the bottoms have not colonized fully in all of them, and in one of them, there's about an inch or so up the side that is blank as well. In looking at them again today, and you can see in one of the pictures, one of them is actively pinning.
So, what do I do? I was going to order some casing material today, wait until it comes in (about a week), then birth these cakes and...then what? Can these even be used? I guess I was going to take them out of the chamber they are in currently in a week (once the casing comes in), run it under some tap water to remove the un-colonized grain, then put them all in a blender to break it up, then mix in with the casing material and set up fruiting conditions once the myc ahas successfully re-colonized. Could that still work given the stage these are in, or did I wait to long or is that fact that they stalled out on the bottom an indication that the myc is just plain messed up?
Would appreciate ANY pointers / advice on if I can salvage this particular grow or not, thank you -

So are these cakes, or are you planning on spawning to bulk? I am a little confused about that.
If these are grains that you are spawning to bulk...
I am not saying this is the correct thing to do, but in my experience, I have spawned jars that were 95% colonized to a bulk substrate. I still got fruits and didn't see any noticeable difference between when my grains were 100% colonized. You are probably at greater risk for contamination this way though. It's probably frowned upon a little bit, but it's better than throwing it in the trash, IMO.
In the future, if you plan on spawning to bulk, save some empty space in the top of your jar. Then after you get a nice chunk of mycelium, you can shake the jar and spread it around. This will allow your jars to colonize a lot quicker. Can you clarify what type of Tek you are using with this grow?

Thanks, DigDug. These are rye berries and I was planning on doing a monotub type grow with them, taking them out of the jars, breaking them up, and then mixing into a bulk substrate mix and adding light and moisture...that said, could I also just put them in a regular fruiting chamber like BRF cakes and grow right off the sides? Or can you only do that with BRF tek?

Those jars are super bacteria riddled. I would not mix them to bulk as the uncolonized grains will be super susceptible to molds.

Grab a spoon and scrape out whatever is colonised. It's better to leave some colonised spawn in the jar instead of trying to get every last bit of it.

Here is some good reading for your future grows - https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24144021
Some of your terminology is off so could be confusing to others. What you have there is grain spawn. Which you would use to ‘spawn to bulk‘ in a tub to create a monotub. So grain spawn + bulk substrate (coir/vermiculite) would be mixed to make a monotub or shoe box or tray. A casing is a layer you add on top of your mixed bulk.
All that said, you can use those to spawn to bulk even though one in particular looks pretty bacterial. I would do single shoe boxes or trays with each jar. Use a spoon to break out the colonized grains and mix them by hand with your bulk substrate. No blender for that.
They may have stalled because of overly wet grains at the bottom, because of bacteria, or a lack of gas exchange. They seem pretty tall and slim and you don’t really have any extra room inside. Like someone mentioned earlier you want space at the top so you can shake the jars once they’re about 30% colonized.
