Just built a Martha green house that I will be running bfr cakes in.
I have it all animated but my question is what should I set my humidity sensor to? When should I turn on and off the humidifier?

You want it to fluctuate so you are going to have to manually turn it off and on.

If you can program for it to come to a max level and then drop to a min level where it brings it back to max that I would say works.

What would be the min humidity you want inside the fruit chamber?
I have ran it and it can get into the high 90s

imo the lowest humidity i've seen is like 70% highest 98%/99%

Alright this is what I am looking for.
So I guess I will set my humidity sensor for 65-95%
