Newbie mushroom ID please NW Victoria, Australia

Hi guys, wasn't sure what to expect with the conditions in Victoria at the moment because it hasn't rained for a week. Although I am a newbie so I don't really know what I'm talking about. I did seem to find a lot of 'older looking' mushrooms which I hope doesn't make it too difficult for the experts to ID. I believe the photos are hopefully one or two species max. Some of them I'm not convinced that they have bruised blue. It is more of a darker brown almost black colouration of the stem. Please let me know what I've got here and if there are any odd looking mushrooms that are not safe to eat in the groups of photos. These were found in NW Victoria. Some details and picture links below. I have a couple of questions in addition to having them ID'd. 1. At what point is a mushroom that is an edible and psychoactive species not good to eat (in terms of it's age and freshness). If a mushroom has quite a deteriorated cap, but the the stem looks healthy is it ok to consume? 2. Am I right in assuming that an older mushroom probably has more blue in the stem? 3. Some of these mushrooms that in my mind look similar and but aren't clearly bruising blue. They also have that solid stem feel and are quite solid in the ground. Are there poisonous ones that have those characteristics? As a newbie can I please please please have as many ID's from as many experts as possible. Are 100% of these mushrooms safe to eat? Thanks so much. Greatly appreciated. Much love. Cheers. Habitat: Wet sclerophyll. Not sure of specific trees. Eucalypts mostly I believe. Lots of fallen trees and branches, bark, leaves etc. Mushroom growing from the ground surrounded by foliage and branches, bark etc (pics of habitat below)
Gills, stem and cap: See photos below
Links to photos: Notes on photos: set 8 looks a bit different. A few random mushrooms in some sets aren't clearly bruising blue. Set 9 are some of the mushrooms still in the ground and habitat.

It looks like they’re all Psilocybe subaeruginosa.
Throw out any that are too old or that you’re unsure of & make sure that they all bruise blue & drop dark purple-brown spores.

I have looked at all links, I'm no expert like the others here. But each seem to have the characters of Psilocybe Subaeruginosa (stems, habitat, caps, some have obvious bruising). However, please wait until a TI has a look and generally the more pictures of every mushroom (habitat, stem, cap, gills, spore) will provide more evidence of its genus. Also, it's recommended to spore print every single one to ensure there are no foreign mushrooms in your collection (there always could be). Other than that, what an amazing achievement!

Psilocybe subaeruginosa
Hi mate, thanks so much. Are any of those not Psilocybe subaeruginosa? Because as I said some seem bruised almost black, not blue. Is that due to the age? Will definetely spore print some tonight but would you recomend taking spores of any specific ones from any sets just to be 100%?

It's pretty common for subs to bruise a combination of blue and black. Usually if you have black bruising you can still see blue on the edges of the black.

Hey guys here are a couple of spore prints of a few where the caps had clearly bruised blue but the stems less. There are hints of gunmetal blue but more like black. Find below the spore prints. What do they indicate in addition to above pics and description. Also I’ve been looking at pics of other mushrooms and I’m no expert but set 8 look like blue meanies. Why is the cap so much more closed than the others? Thanks.
