No one should be arrested for not wearing a mask, it's not a law in NYC. It's their job to let citizens know they "should". However, I don't know what happened before this guy started recording so I will make no judgement.

I think you are required to wear a mask inside stores in NYC. It’s a regulation which you are required to follow

Inside stores, yes. Not in public places.

Arent stores public places? You mean private places?

I understand, but what do you think she could have been doing to warrant that response from cops?

Who said that? I said I don't know the story and won't pass judgement.

You don’t think there’s a reason to be critical of the police response in this video?
I am wondering what she could have been doing to warrant that response. The video title says something for not wearing a face mask. That’s a plausible theory, but what else might have happened?

I’ve been seeing people post videos of mothers (and others) acting horribly, using their child as if they are a sort of shield that will protect them when they break the law - or grant them special dispensation from being an idiot - trying to garner sympathetic views and just plain old views and things like that on social media - harping and protesting some law, the quarantine, or covid 19 itself etc etc...
And then when it doesn’t work a lot of times they resort to the worst type of attitude and behavior a human can express and get a big ego whilst forgetting their place in front of law enforcement and their very own child. Acting as if they have suffered the biggest injustice of all time, “righteous indignation” , pulling in innocent bystanders who don’t have the whole picture in perspective etc....the whole 9 yards.
Can’t really know what is going on just from a little clip like that... so i wouldn’t pass judgement for real - but it all seems asinine, considering I know of people who can navigate the very same situation (both cops and citizens) in a way so that everyone wins and retains a sense of dignity all while showcasing the best of humanity.
Seems baity...

90,000 dead. They tell her to put her mask on and she starts yelling and likely projecting the virus all over that station potentially murdering people instead of just being fucking decent enough to make the very modest concession of just covering her fucking face. The police don’t want to get fucking near her. Fuck that stupid selfish bitch.
