2 cups inoc. just 1 show myc.

I inoculated 2 cups 14 days ago. Just one of them is growing myc. Should I inoc. it again?

No. start from scratch. Sterilize the substrate again.

It could take longer than that- potentially twice as long. But if I were you I just wouldn't be working with pint glasses, or whatever you have there. That's far from ideal. You want wide-mouth 1/2 pint Mason jars for cakes, if at all possible. Not that what you're doing can't work- it's just far from ideal. What have you got those things wrapped with at the top?

These cups have an everage of 200ml. Are you talkin that a small and large cup is better than long and thin?

They are wrapped with tin foil and paper tape.

Maybe i'll let them sit down for a while
