Baby Bottle Warmer

I'm wondering if anybody have experimented with this in a fruiting chamber?

Built-in thermostat, hot enough water to be releasing steam. I anticipate condensation on the lid of the tub but otherwise this thing sounds like a good idea to regulate temperature and keeping humidity near saturation point.
Any experience?

What temperature do these get up to? I used to use a small container of water and a fish tank heater.

It might work, but heating your fruiting chamber is only worth doing in extreme circumstances (like if temps are <60-65F all day). Normal room temp is perfect for cubes.
I wonder if you could use it to keep agar at a pourable temp. It would be really handy if it could do that for a reasonable price.

I was thinking about that too. Unfortunately, my PC is very small. I got to leave my agar in short and fat jars instead of a lab grade bottles.

Definitely good advice for others. I am good in that department, however. I have a 5L lab quality water bath that I found on ebay for $70 shipped. It makes pouring plates SO much more convenient. I hated having to wait around for my agar to cool and basically having to pour right then, or run it through the PC again to re-melt. My microwave was much too small for my media bottles. Now I can pour whenever I want and it is great.
