Alright snake lovers I know this is only a tiny garter but he must have hitched a ride with the wood chips I gathered for my proposed myco-garden. Cute lil' bugger - Thamnophis gymnopilussssss - Gym-seeking garter snake. I let him go on my hillside.

Snakes are essentially a mobile digestive system.
EDIT: Is this for all animals or just reptiles? Got really close to one of these today.

I think we're open to all critters. (Is that a Wallaby or a Roo?.... looks like he's thinking of kicking you in the ass.)
Was actually taking one last look at dry wood chips at the bottom of my driveway hoping to find one last mushroom of the season, and lo and behold... caught this Gopher Snake. Two snakes in two days... I'm on a roll!

A small roo. The mother or father was laying down nearby. Its possible he was contemplating an ass-kicking.
Last year i was got really close to a koala as well, usually you just see them in tree tops. He was on the ground and magpies were swooping him, then he went on a tree and i got a photo.
EDIT: I guess these are all over the world, but got a nice shot of a Monarch butterfly.

What an amazing butterfly (and great shot!). My wife and I just visited one of their stopovers in Monterey, California. Hurts me that their numbers are dwindling. They are truly the world travelers of the insect family.

I Didn't Want To Say Anything In The Other Thread You Posted This In, But That Is 100% A Water Moccasin, No Doubt About It.
I've Caught & Handled Wild Snakes Since I Was 6 Years Old, I've Handled Many, Many Water Snakes & Many Water Moccasins.
The Guys In The Other Thread Were Only Looking At The Head, You Can't Just Look At The Head, Body Shape Matters.
Water Moccasins Are Known For Being Really Fat, Having A Tail That Abruptly Gets Smaller At The End. Water Snakes DO NOT Look Like That, They Are Skinnier & Longer, & Have Tails That Taper Off Normally.
Edit: Also, In Your Picture, Part Of The Snakes Head Is Covered Up, It Has A Triangular Head Shape, Water Snakes Have More Of An Oval Shaped Head.

That snake does resemble a moccasin but Pennsylvania is way outside of its range, I think it is something else, but not sure.

Nope not a moccasin at all. Nerodia fasciata or banded water snake, harmless except for their temper and scare the shit out of me every time I see one. I grew up with moccasins and now live in an area they arent but there tons of these and I cant seem to remember that when I walk up on one still Haha
