What's causing this?

Hi guys! Sorry for bothering with this little question. What are these blue spots on the stems? Are they normal bruising or contamination going on there?

They look far too wet if you must mist then mist the casing/sub and not the mushrooms themselves. The caps shouldn’t be that wet.

Yeah... I've misted it a lot before taking the picture... My bad.. I'm gonna let it dry and mist it way less next time But are these spots normal? Are these fruits still eatable?

Would it be safe if I just throw those contaminated and the ones that look okay I store them? Or I gotta throw the whole production

Think it's just bruising, looks like it got hit hard with some water and possibly bruised from it how close are you getting when you spray them?

They’re fine even if it’s bacteria it doesn’t matter.
It won’t hurt anything just aesthetic, and you can’t even tell once it’s dry.

Agreed it looks like bruising. If nasties you'll know right quick cause they'll go bad fast. Do you really need to mist? You have fuzzies on the stems, looks like too much humidity. Maybe stop misting and assuming proper fae, leave the container closed and let 'em grow.

Yeah you are right guys. It's too humid and watered already. I don't know why I'm going overboard with the misting. Suppose because its because I want them to be already grown and I'm being impatient lol. And also I don't yet recognize very well when to (not) mist. But definitely I will stop and let nature do its thing. Thank you
Edit: now that I recall every time I checked the mushies getting off the lid, the lid was always displaying lots of drops of water on it, so I guess those drops fell on the shrooms bruising them

Look like It’s from misting to hard. Give it some consistent Fae and you’ll be golden. No more misting.

Update after a while! It's around one or two more days left for harvest and it seems to be repeating the same pattern. I dunked it for around 24 hours for this second flush exactly two weeks ago. I've been misting it equally to another shoebox I'm doing at the same time, and the other one looks perfectly fine. These are pics from the second flush:
Should I still think it's bruising or it could be anything else as infection?
Btw, the following pics are from the other project, that had the exact same amounts of grain, substrate, same date, everything exactly the same, BUT it has been sprayed initially with hydrogen peroxide when birthed. No blue spots at all, seems perfectly healthy:
(Notice and compare how the first shoebox in both of its flushes had considerably smaller fruits and some of them with those blue spots mentioned before)

Looks like bruising to my untrained eye. But that second tub looks delicious.
