Stunted mycelium growth at ~98% colonization

Hello Folks!
I’m new to growing and have made many mistakes in order to get to this point- 4 jars at 98% colonization. The issue is that they have been stuck at 98% for a week! As you can probably guess, I did not invert the jars at 80% colonization as I should have and the bottoms are where the problem of stunted growth is occurring. I read about inverting the jars 3 days ago and immediately did so. However, I haven’t seen any further growth in the three days. It’s frustrating as hell due to the fact that I should be fruiting right now! During this month or so of watching the mycelium grow, I’ve read quite a bit and feel much more confident about my next grow, I just want to fully complete this current one as a learning curve. So, can the cakes be successfully fruited at this stage or will the small amount of uncolonized substrate pose greater risks of contamination? Should I wait it out, or would that cause issues due to the fact that the majority of the jars have been colonized for over a week? Thanks in advance for your time and willingness to help!
PS... I’m not computer savvy at all, so if I’m posting this incorrectly or in the wrong place I do apologize. I have no idea how to post pictures and I’m not exactly 100% what can and can’t be said here but I’ll learn.

Stalling can occur from a few things- jar packed to tight, contamination, improper gas exchange(take tinfoil off if you haven't) inverting does nothing so forget you learned that info. If they really just wont finish then it is ok to birth them, remove the uncolonized area, dunk, dry roll in verm, and place in your fruiting chamber.

Yeah, just remove the remaining part. And don't invert the jars, you're more likely to fuck up than solve anything.

Ok awesome! And yes one of the many mistakes was not correctly preparing my jars for gas exchange. After inoculation, I taped over the holes in the lid and didn’t have anything for proper gas exchange on the lid. What’s crazy is without all that, the mycelium took off and grew really well other than a few spots at the bottom. No contamination issues that I can see and they have plenty of room from what looks to be shrinkage. I’m steadily educating myself so that I can soon put these other spore syringes to use with more confidence. I’ll give them till Monday, then birth. I’m actually in my garage now working on my terrarium so I’ll be ready to go. I appreciate the help!

The other picture. Apologies, I’m computer illiterate.

You still have foil covering the lid. I know you had mentioned putting tape over the holes but did you take that off?
You should just have that dry vermiculite layer up top and that’s your protection, the holes should be open to the air.
When I did cakes I could only get those taller half pints, the bottoms stalled so I did the flip and worked the cake down so there was a gap at the bottom (now the top). It did work in my case but that was one time.

The foil is now off and the 4 inoculation holes are open. I’m not sure if the foil was or wasn’t an issue because several weeks back when I removed the tape I punched holes through the foil as well. I do have a nice top layer of verm so hopefully that’ll keep me safe as any contamination at this point would severely piss me off. The mycelium growth looks pretty solid (I assume), so I’m gonna give em a couple days and move forward with birthing. Fingers crossed... we’ll see what happens!

With the tinfoil off and the tape removed from the holes the jars should start to progress again. The dry verm layer is your filter in this method
