So I have a mono tub that we inoculated back in mid February, went great till the first flush but about halfway through everything stalled and I started to get a lot of stem nursing from my misting then the caps dried out and growth stalled I was able to get a few caps out of it, and now on my second flush I had a ton of side pinning to start as the substrate was colonized and pulled away from the sides. The caps are coming out dry and my stems are aborting about 1/2 way through growth.im unsure how to post pictures here.
typically been misting 2-3x a day my pan is about 24x18 maybe 3 inches deep of coco coir Started reading about injection for watering and I did about 8 injections throughout the substrate mid way through my second flush as the center has no pins only the sides are attempting to flush and they is looking like it helped but they should come up much much faster than they are time from pinning to fully open for me right now is about 3weeks which seems slow for a blue meanines is the spores i used. Thanks for the help guys

Sounds like it could be low humidity but we need pictures.

Looks possibly bacterial.

Allow it to fruit out, get what you can, and try again. Collect spores if possible for your second attempt and use agar to clean it up. You could attempt to change the environment you've provided, from what it looks like you've got an unmodified set up that doesn't have proper FAE. Perhaps attempt a modified tub with polyfil packed holes - this gives you the ease of FAE control by how tightly packed your polyfil is. I wouldn't have injected water into you substrate if you've been misting so much every day - this could have been the main root cause of this second flush having issues. Next time I would allow time between mistings, 24-48hrs depending on how hot the ambient temp in the grow room is. This along with proper FAE provides the humid environment you desire, not a drowned cake. Remember Patience: Giving yourself the time to observe what your actions are causing.
