I was planning to do some agar with the standard
500 ml water 10 g agar 7.5 g Light Malt Extract
But the light malt extract that arrived was liquid and not powder like I'm used to.
What should I do here?

Grab some potato flakes from the store, use them while you wait for the powder form, d3monic has a lme product linked in his recent agar tek.

I'd just replace it and see how it works. No need to buy 2 other products now.

Just use it by weight, itll be a bitch to measure but it works

I researched using liquid malt extract and found nothing, do you guys know it works or just going on pure speculation?
Maybe I missed something (I'd like to know.)

There's no reason why it wouldn't work. It's the same shit diluted in some water.

If it was me I wouldn't wanna guess at how much to put in, I doubt 7.5g dried lme is the same as 7.5g liquid lme.
I'd love for someone else to find out if it works for me, but if I was spending my own time and money and relying on the plates to work I'd wanna make sure I know it's going to work and not assume.
Just wanted to clarify if you had based what you're saying on some documentation or if you're just guessing and I suppose it is a guess.

Is it liquid or like a sticky syrup? I have used it before and just weighed it out but it’s super sticky and tough to work with if I remember correctly.

Agar works with a huge range of nutrients. It's not like you need some perfect amount of nutes to make it work. As long as you can produce consistent plates to isolate the variable, you're good.
It's not like all LME is the same either. Or all agar.

It seems like it's working although I am still tinkering (might add a little more LME). I discovered that about 10g of syrup LME is about 1 teaspoon.
I am getting some growth on my plates, but I'm not sure if the growth I am seeing on it is normal or not as I'm still kinda newish to Agar. I'll post again later.

Like i said above:
It works, just measure it by weight. Powder turns into the syrup form when exposed to humidity
Ive used it, works fine

So I'm getting growth with a recipe of 500 ml water, 10g powdered agar and a teaspoon (which corresponds to about 10g) of light malt extract.
HOWEVER - I'm too new to agar to really comment on whether or not this is "good" growth or not. From everything I've read it seems like a pretty decent growth rate but it also wouldn't surprise me if changing these numbers slightly resulted in even better growth.

I use 6g agar, 3-5g lme, and 500ml h2o. They will grow on as low as 1.5g lme and 500ml h20. 10g agar was really hard ime so I cut the agar back a little to make my plates a little softer.

NightPuma1,
I checked the labels. 1.24 grams of LME syrup is equivalent to 1 gram of LME powder. Let's keep it simple and call it 1.25 to 1.
Since you were able to determine that 1 teaspoon of syrup weighs approximately 10 grams, to get 10 grams of LME (powder equivalent) just use another 1/4 teaspoon of the syrup.
On the other hand with 1 teaspoon you're running 7.5 grams-equivalent of LME powder, which is just fine for agar. I wouldn't worry about changing anything for your next batch. Unless you are leveling the measuring spoon you're going to have a little more of the syrup piled in there than 1t / 7.5g. Which is also fine for agar.
Hope that helps.
