What tek are you following? Is that just straight rice? Are there any holes for AE and does it have a vermiculite barrier between those holes and the rice?

Mugnath has some good questions.
I used to do whole grain rice all the time.  I love it.
Your jars look fine.  No noticeable contams.
I assume you have a verm layer and holes in your lids for FAE.
Give the stalled ones more time, and Remove the foil.
I have always left the foil on but I have seen others who remove it with no ill effects.
Oh, and don't tip the jars too much.  that could compromise the protective verm layer.

They look super wet and creamy inside. Probably bacterial(though the jar in the 5th picture actually looks nice from where I'm standing). If these are supposed to be cakes then you shouldn't use whole rice. You wanna use BRF(brown rice FLOUR,), not just BR. The F part is important. So is making sure to not disturb the dry vermiculite layer on top by, say, flipping the jar sideways and upside down to snap a picture of it, as you've done. And the foil should be gone
