Those are 2 extreme examples. The dark ones were under some cattaills. Never seen sunlight. Was lucky to find them. The big one is an example of the largest i find. I only find them that large in area where no one goes

Not being personally acquainted with the species, I'd still say they look like Psilocybe ovoideocystidiata.

Thanks i actually ruined over a pound of them during drying. But ive been picking for 13 years and i can pick several ounce each morning

I thought so. It just through me off how some in this certain area grow so much larger. But i live in Ohio vally so I was certain they're ovoids too

Right. Yeah the larger ones are in a area thet is more so over grown and ive noticed they only grow right under and around this certain plant that is prickly, everytime i pick the large ones in that spot my hand touches that plant and it stings all day. Mild sting, mild breakout. Not a big deal but i thought that was strange.

Ive seen ovoids bigger than my hand, they are extremely variable depending on substrate/habitat. Awesome finds!

Psilocybe ovoideocystidiata is what they are, nice find.
edit: the plant is called stinging nettles , Google it for the scientific name if you want.

Smaller, immature fruit bodies has, often, a higher alkaloid content.
