I mean technically fruiting starts once you throw it in the tub

I like to keep the lid on with very low fae during colonization and then up the air once pins formed and fruits are growing

You dont need to block light

Its fine to have light right away

I would up air because it looks wet to me

With respect, fruiting starts after the substrate is fully colonized and fresh air is introduced. I understand that only then does the mycelium stop trying to consume the substrate and begin the fruiting process. Full colonization is a huge pinning trigger. As is introduction of 12:12 light at around 6,500k. Just my opinion.

With respect youll find people have varying definitions on what it means to be in "fruiting" conditions making it rather pointless to use.

So i guess you caught me up on how i worded it.

Fruiting starts when the fruits are growing

Fruiting conditions are much greyer and some would say a tub with a lid on is in fruiting conditions. And that hasnt much to do with if the sub is colonizing or fruiting

You give more air when it needs it
