I have experienced P. Cubensis maybe 300 times over the last 40 years, usually 2~3 grams; never had nor heard of wood lover's paralysis until experiencing it. A few weeks ago I had P. Cyanescens for the first time, 2 grams. I'm at 155 lbs body weight. They were picked last fall, in the Washington woods, dried and kept in a freezer. At the end when I was gathering my stuff I lost my balance a little but was able to make it to my car after a 1 mile trek with not much trouble. A couple of weeks later at the same place I took 2.4 grams of the cyans. This time afterwards it took me a couple of hours to walk the mile. I kept collapsing and resting after each time. I could hardly zip the zippers on my gear. Then a couple of weeks later I took 2.2 grams and coming down, took 2 Benadryl, and as I started to pack up, took another. This time symptoms of the paralysis were absent. I felt a little disoriented, but this species is apparently possessed of pretty high psilocybin content. I gave some of these to 2 women and was with them when they dosed, 2 grams each. They both experienced the paralysis, no Benadryl. One of them had trouble forming words.
