Normally I get a bunch of good looking colonized plates and drop them to a bunch of grain jars. I  might keep a dish or 2  to expand to more dishes. Then take the best colonized jars and g2g to 8-12 new grain jars for each master.  Spawn the other jars you didn’t use as masters. You will have more mushrooms then you know what do with before long if you do everything right. Most room lighting will work decent but I recommend a 6500k light. I wouldn’t worry about the carpet unless your growing in a really cold room but I definitely prefer shelving. I spray alcohol in my tub and wipe with a paper towel then let dry before I spawn. U don’t need to worry about cleaning out the spray bottle with alcohol before adding water. Other than that here is a link to most of the teks if you haven’t found them yet Trusted Teks

If you use 50 gallons of alcohol to wipe the tub versus not using any alcohol at all will leave with pretty much the EXACT same amount of contaminant spores inside your tub and substrate when you're finished spawning, this is a fact and not my opinion. This goes out to the "wiping down of the spray bottle" as well. Also contaminant spores in the bottle, in the tub and in the air can not contaminate a colonized substrate, if it could we wouldn't be able to cultivate mushrooms.

I speak in 4 tounges fluently and can make myself understood In several more, considering this there will be occasional misuse of expressions or spelling and what not. I learned English in 7th grade. Also wiping yourself fully in alcohol probably doesn't hurt either but as I said it will at the end of the day leave you with pretty much with the exact same amount of contaminant spores I side every square millimeter of your house, body, fruiting chamber, substrate

I also recommend fewer Agar plates to a couple Master jars then G2G the rest.

You can put finished jars in a fridge while you wait for others to finish. I wouldn't bother if there's less than a week of difference.
