Growing advices for a lockdown noob

Hi everyone,
I am very new to the shroom world and I could use some advices. Here is some pics of a kit I received (and started) about 3 weeks ago. It's been noticeably growing for a week or so (first pins). I just noticed some sort of foam growing at the base of my mushrooms and from what I read on this forum it seems to be a lack of fresh air exchange.
From that I started thinking my setup was in fault. I'm just using the plastic bag that came with the kit and I leave some water at the bottom for humidity. I open the bag maybe 3 or 4 times a day (but only for a few seconds).
What I want to do is moving the shrooms from that bag to the plastic box you can see on the third picture. I know it's a bit shallow but it is all I have... Maybe after the flush, I will also remove them from the little plastic box and place the cake in the big one (after one dunking). I have no vermiculite so I would put them directly at the bottom of the box.
Do you guys think this is some good ideas ? (at least better than what it is now)
Also, do you think the big ones could be ready for tomorrow evening ?
Thanks a lot for your help ! Have a great day everyone

Hey!
I'm no expert, so wait for a more experienced member to help you out too
The white on the bottom of the stipes is mycelium (fuzzy-feet) and is indeed usually due to lack of FAE. However, I've also read that it can be genetic. I also got that on my last grow kit, even when I would leave the bag slightly open for the whole fruiting period. Not sure if it's because the design of these kits doesn't provide enough FAE or if it was genetic.
As far as I know, you could try to build a SGFC (which would require soaked perlite on the bottom and placing the substrate on a trimmed piece of aluminium foil). I'm not sure if that tub is tall enough though, but it could probably work. However, if you only put the substrate in there without something to provide a balance between humidity and FAE (i.e the perlite on the bottom and the holes), I think it would possibly dry out too quickly.
IMO the big ones will probably be ready in 2 days, but just keep an eye on them and harvest when the veil is about to break or has just broken.
I wouldn't place the substrate in another container until the second flush, but, again, wait for a more experienced grower to answer this for you!
Good luck!

Hi and thanks a lot for your reply
So you think I should buy perlite / vermiculite before doing the transfer ? (thing is buying stuffs is quite difficult in those troubled times...)
So even placing the box itself in the bigger one (instead of the bag) would be a bad idea before harvesting the first flush ? I would have thought it could have leave more room to the growing shrooms (the ones on the side are currently touching the bag (which is moist) and I am not sure this is ideal).

Also I was planning to make my shrooms sit over a thin layer of clay balls. I read this was an outdated method and it was criticized by a few member of this site. On the other hand perlite can't be found that easily where I live when clay balls are pretty common. Is it still better than nothing?

Hey!
Like I said, I could easily be wrong because I'm a beginner like you. I guess you could put it in the bigger tub before the first harvest.
The problem if you don't build it propperly (with something to retain moisture such as perlite and a design that provides FAE such as the holes in a SGFC) is that it could easily dry out because it would have a lot more space around it.
You can probably avoid this by misting more often, but I don't know if it would be easy to give them better conditions than what they have now.
Let's hope someone more experienced csn chime in and tell you if the change is worth it at this point.
Concerning the clay balls, I really have no clue, sorry.
