Help with first grow 1

i just did my first grow, following the PF Tek method exactly. As a first timer i didnt want to get cute so i just stuck to what the experts said. I didn't have the best luck with my flush, only getting about 5-10 pins per cake (6 cakes) but on one cake i got a nice cluster. A few of the fruits looked to be ready to harvest despite being rather small in size (veil broken). Can you guys look at these and tell me how they look? I've never done this before so I'm completely greeen, but is that blue inner ring normal or evidence of contam? Can you tell anything by how they look? It's been kind of cold here (northeast) and I've had trouble keeping humidity up. I'm here to learn so if anyone can provide some insight i'd greatly appreciate it.

Those look great, nice job!
They stain blue when bruised or cut, sometimes it looks green cause of the yellow color of the fruit. Unless there is visible mold or rot on the mushrooms they are fine.
Dry them in a food dehydrator until they are "cracker dry".

Unfortunately with the pandemic going on my dehydrator got delayed in shipping and wont be here til wednesday. Poor planning maybe but i wasn't too concerned until this current cluster fruited up really fast. Do you have any recommendations on what to do for these fruits that i harvested today? I was planning on doing some kind of box rig set up then using epsom salt as the final push (no dessiccant).

Welp guess you have to eat them all.
Or put them in a paper bag in the fridge.
It is crazy how fast they go at the end, definitely will catch you off guard the first couple times.

I suggest this really hesitantly however - when in a pinch I have used my oven to dry fruits with success though there is a chance of potency reduction. I would set my oven to 120f or lower if possible and leave the door cracked. This way does require a lot of attention and is only a last resort kinda move.

Lol I suppose if you have the time, eating them would be nice.
A fan can work until your dehydrator comes in. I’d try to rig something up so they’re held up in front of a fan and air can pass through them instead of just laying them down and pointing a fan.
The oven can work too but you also want a fan blowing air in there or use a convection oven or else they can get all soggy and black.
And I’d still throw them in the dehydrator when it comes in

so here's what i rigged up:
cardboard box, with a colander suspended inside (resting on top by the handles). mushrooms inside colander, fan on colander blowing downward. Figure i do this for 48 hours? then just let them sit until i can throw them in the dehydrator

Yes they look fine. If the top of the caps start splitting open then you're sub is dry but those look normal.
What's with the gloves?
