Habitat:
Where does it grow?
Pine Forrest South West, Western Australia.

Gills:
Pale grey

Stem:
2-7 cm long, 1-3mm diameter,, No ring. Bruses blue

Cap:
Greyish blue, some whitish with a touch of tan (?)

Spore print color:
Currently printing

Bruising:
Distinctly blue on stems, caps edges of caps.

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing st

They are a species of Mycena, possibly M. amicta. The blue color is not due to bruising, it is inherent in the species.
You might find dubious sources online telling you that there are species of Mycena containing psilocybin, but this has
so far not been proven, nor do I believe it is the case despite various claims.

They are beautiful mushrooms, though.

If you are hunting for psychoactive species, you should look for Psilocybe subaeruginosa.

Thank You so much for the ID Anglerfish. This web site is such a wealth of knowledge! Thanks for the Advice about Sub's I know well enough to find those beautys but wit a small amount of (ongoing) research i have found there are (apparantly) many different species in my area. I want to findall of them haha! This was my second ID request and I very much want to continue the search both for edibles and actives!!
