Big white mushroom ID Request for Nebraska shroom

I found this large white mushroom around a lot of Panaeolus Foenisecii in my frontyard. I'm in a flood zone if that helps. It also has been raining a lot here but today was in the low 80s and it popped up and grew really fast.

Specifics: the stipe is 8.9cm in length and is NOT hollow. There is little odor or possibly some flour smell. The cap is yellowish white. There are tons of gills and they touch the stem.

Any ideas as to what this could be?

You think? The location I found it on wasnt as a lot of Hypholomas are described and it was found by itself, arent most of them in clumps?
