Thanks, Ben Carson of Fox News.

Let's slow roll reopening as long as possible. Let those weak sections of our backbone crumble.
All hail big pharma!

Gradual, tiered/phase system of reopening is the wise course of action, lest all the efforts and sacrifices being made thus far potentially go to waste. That would be a devastating blow, more so than anything that has happened so far. Better to play it safe due to what’s already been invested in the ongoing process.
Also,
If the new bill for supplementing Americans’ income while on lock down goes through, then frankly, that will fortify people’s abilities to comply with the lockdown/quarantine and shutdown more willingly and peacefully - and justify efforts so far And make up a lot of ground in terms of helping the large majority of American citizens with little to no savings, in a time when they have little to no income bc of the circumstances - but still having to pay living expenses for themselves and families and others. Bills don’t stop needing to be paid just bc of Covid.

Yea but it's difficult to make money off youtube videos about that, it's not very exciting.
And HamHead, Ben Carson is not "of Fox News", he's the secretary of HUD for the federal government. I'll admit it is becoming difficult to tell the difference between Fox News pundits and the Trump administration though.

Well, it would be the perfect depopulation tactic if you were insane enough.

The new bill will not pass. The costs are insanely high and there is no way to fund it.

intentional? no.
desired by those in charge? certainly.
almost every interview i've seen/heard has been wage-slaves wanting nothing more than to go back to the routine before the virus, you know, the same routine that almost everyone in the modern socioeconomic "world" complained about near-daily up until that point. Those that are in charge/behind the production are loving this; "we're" all where they want us.
