I have all these bags not fully colonized on the bottom becouse of too much moisure, they are shiitake maitake and chestnut. I put them some holes on bottom to take out the exes moisure.
Should i toss em or try to get some mushrooms from them.
Its my first run on my growroom.

I say start over. You need to test your water content before you inoculate. I just did a tek on how to figure out the water content. No one seems to be interested in the tek. but if you follow it your will save yourself from another disaster like this one...

If you want to try and save those bags. Open them up and pull out the whole block and get rid of what is not colonized. Put the block back in the bag then push out all the air from the bag and reseal the bag cut a slice from corner to corner on the bottom of the bag and put into fruiting conditions. Actually I thought they were oyster bags so you will have to find out how to cut the bag for best results.
Since you have already put holes in them you need to get rid of the uncolonized sub or they will contaminate. The colonized sub should be ok. The colonized sub is much harder to contaminate. I am assuming they are supplemented in some way. If they are not supplemented you have a better chance.

The water coming out of bags alrady smelles shit. And yes they are suplemented with wheat bran, 20-30% somewhere. Neither i dont want to ruin my growroom for future grows.
I should order that instrument for sure, since i use sawdust not hwfp and i want to make big patches at once.

If they smell bad they are gone. Save your self the trouble tose them. You do understand that sawdust is not actually dust like what you get from a sander? You want like little chips of wood like you get from a saw. I understand trying to save money by getting the dust from a woodshop but it has to be the right stuff. it costs me around $11 to make 33 bags of sub not including the bags. From that $11 I make about $500 worth of mushroom at least. If you are wanting to make a business trust me you are better off sourcing HWFP and soyhulls. People do it this way because we make more money this way. You have to understand your time and effort is worth more than the money you spend! When you are at the end of your life you will not be wishing you have more money. You will be wishing you have more time. PM me I will help you as much as I possibly can.

I will put it this way. You say you made 30 bags would it be worth $11 dollars to have those 30 bags made in minutes? that's the difference ins HWFP and soyhulls. Time and effort are drastically reduced. Plus you will get much bigger flushes from soyhulls.

yes my sawdust is not sand like its made from big saws and are tiny particles, but im used to only growing cubes and i thought the sawdust should have been in feild capacity thats where i messed it up. ill throw this patch and will start new ones.
I get this sawdust for free and its fully hardwood, the pellets in my area are mixed with softwood and pine trees, which i suppose are not good for this buissnes.
Ive checked for soyhulls but couldnt find anywhere in my country, i need to check with time to import big pallete.
I will be focused on growing Lions Mane mostly, so i have to try different retarios of wheat bran for now until i can find a source for soyhull
Thanks alot for your input

Sorry I didn't notice you were in Europe. If you can't find soyhulls locally I would just use bran it is harder and less yield but doable.
