Hi All
Need a little help if I may .. I returned to the same spot I picked Psilocybe Cubensis last year with great success, and have found a variation in appearance (or a diff species) from last year, they are very similar in appearance but tops are not as flat with a raised centre dome area, and gills are pink rather than brown, and thy do not bruise black/blue .. but they dont seem to fit any other ID locally.
I have found some that look normal (like last year) right next to them, so am confused as to what they are or why they are so different, given the same soil and conditions a meter apart, unless they are a diff species/subspecies. INFO
Habitat: wet grasslands where cows/dung, growing in grass, not in/edges of dung Gills: light pink Stem: White, tough, stringy Cap: mostly white, raised centre dome/ring, very light browning in centre Spore print: pinkish to light brown Bruising: no color changes Location: Southern Thailand (Islands)

Yes, I suspected that may be the case. Maybe Agaricus Xanthodermus or Agaricus Arvenis? Not sure if those species even grow here.

Agaricus, yes. No idea what species, though.
