ID Request NZ

Species #1
Species: Liberty Cap or Mycena? maybe
Where does it grow?
In a forest near a paddock, grew beside some amillaria species

What does it grow on?
Dead logs, dead trees and on the soil, grew beside a bunch of amillaria species

Gills:
Dark gills, brown/black

Spore print:
Haven’t spore printed it since there was only 4 there, going to wait till more grows after the next rain this week

Other information:
I’m currently down south of NewZealand, as I’m just actively trying to find active mushrooms in the area, I stumbled across these. As I’ve done some research, I feel like it’s maybe liberty caps since these look differently from the ones i had managed to find awhile back which were mycena species. I’m not sure until I spore print them, which I will after the more grows.
Let me know if this is correct.

Species #2
Species: orange mycena? maybe
Where does it grow?
In a forest in the countryside

What does it grow on?
Dead logs, dead trees and on the soil

Gills:
White, perfect gills

Spore print:
Haven’t spore printed it since there was only a few and didn’t want to damage it, going to wait till more grows after the next rain this week

Other information:
I haven’t seen this species in my area before and was just intrigued at this type of mushroom, so I decided to take a picture of it if anyone can give me any idea on what kind of mushroom this is.

1 looks like a psatherylla species a 2 looks like pholiota. liberty caps grow in coastal cow and sheep pastures, in grass, near dung sometimes but not in it
