Yes, do push-ups until shaking jars seems easier, unless you're buddies with the guy that works the local paint desk

I'm planning on making something myself. My plan is to fabricate an attachment that will allow mounting of a piece of short pvc pipe (cushioned inside) a little longer than a jar with cap to the end of a sawzall.
It's all I got but I'm sure it will work.

Try using a little gypsum in your grain prep, can help some.
Honestly if you are producing spawn and is clean it shouldn't take more than a couple taps and a shake to break it up - it's nothing...

I like my jars over 3/4 full for efficiency. I manage fine, but can be fatiguing after a bunch.

This exactly. I go through.. many many.. many clean spawn jars. I don't always get to them when they've just consolidated and they tend to just solidify in there cause they myc wants to run so fast.
You know, the vibrator being a joke.. might not be that bad an idea.

If you want automated you could simply not shake them
If your problem is that you're having trouble shaking them you might want to take a look at your grain prep. WBS can be a particular pain the ass to shake if it's not prepared right.

With fully colonized jars I have this nail that’s like the size of a pen but longer i use to get spawn out.
I just open the lid stick it in and push it back and forth real quick then do a little stirring motion and the wbs just pours out.
It takes less then two seconds per jar once you get it down.

If you are using that much spawn bags is a good suggestion.
I prep my grain bags with 5.5 qts each. I inoculate 1qt grain masters with agar, which I then use to G2G into the receiver bags - I split the quarts between the 5.5qt bags, to end up with 6qt spawn bags.
This leaves you with enough spawn for 20 tubs, 20 bags to shake vs 120 qt jars. I also sometimes skip the grain masters and inoculate via LC.
Another option, is gallon spawn jars. I have a set of 20 of them. It's only a few bucks for autoclavable plastic lids and SFD's to pop up under them. I use 2, 1/2" holes in each lid.
Simple to inoculate. Only downside is you can't sterilize many at a time.
