Advise on my first successful mono

Hey everyone, so I have successfully fruited a mono, however I believe I put it into fruiting early. I have pins and almost mature shrooms with a breaking veil, only on the perimeter of the sub. I'm not good at posting pictures, if someone could help me I can drop them in the thread. I have about 2.5inch holes (I know they're big) with 'cloth tape' from Walgreens. I noticed the middle of the sub isnt pinning, I tried to reintroduce it to a colonizing environment yesterday, and ended it today. The makeup of the scene is choir as bulk sub+verm, spawned from rye grain. I have an led light panel on the top. I keep a fan on low towards a wall for air to bounce off.
My question is, should I expect the mycelium to colonize the middle portion while fruiting, or will it focus more on fruits and delay the colonization of the full bulk?
Again, I can send pictures in the tread. I'm off my galaxy s9 and the interface of the shroomery can get a bit frustrating sometimes.

Click on pics - upload - choose photo gallery or whatever or take a new pic of your tub - then upload to your gallery here and it will give you a little code you can copy and paste into the post.
It sounds like the surface is too dry in the center, or way too wet and the big holes are drying the sides to the correct level

Here are some pics I managed to get for you guys. I see no sign of contam, however there is are some small orange spots on some mycelium. I heard about something natural or harmless that fruits can make. It hasn't grown in size at all. And what is your guys recommendation for bigger fruits? I would say the air temp inside is 65-75.

This first one opened its veil earlier than any other, why is this?

They open when theyre ready
Hard to see anything in a purple pic
Bigger mushrooms can just be genetics or a larger sub pushing few mushrooms will grow big ime
Got some nice mushrooms in there though
Did you introduce air early ?

Do you live in a grape? Take a proper clear picture of the whole tub without the horrible lighting for a better response. It's totally fine to open the lid.
-------------------- But if you're in a hurry, and really got to go If you're in a hurry, might have to find out slow That it's one thing to try and another to fly You get there quicker just a step at a time It's one thing to bark, another to bite The show ain't over till you pack up at night
