Hello all! I have a question, I have an electric infrared fireplace heater and am thinking of using it to keep my fruiting room temp stable. I have read that these do not decrease humidity/oxygen levels, but was curious if anyone has experience with this? Thank you in advance

What's the room normally like? You don't need it to be that warm, they'll fruit in a wide temp range, closet, pantry, open room, shoebox. And less things to worry about dialing in, the better.

Its typically around 72. Its a small room, i keep jars in closet and tubs out under lighting. I would like to keep it around 75, especially at night because of big temp drops. Just want to make sure this isn't a terrible way to heat a room!!

It'd probably work, if your temp dips are that drastic.
I run my lights 12 on in the evening hours, keeping the closet warmer than the outside. And lights off 12 morning hours when its naturally warm.

Not terrible at all. It’s always best to heat the room, not the tubs themselves. Cubes are comfy around the same temps as humans so 72 is fine but so is 75. The higher the temp the less dense your mush will be though so pay attention to that.

I don't know if it is coincidence, but after putting the heater in the room yesterday afternoon, I have my first pins this morning. Thanks again for the advice!
