Can I dry my prints this way?

That is silica gel in that jar.

I wouldnt do it that way. I would poke holes in the lid and put micropore tape over them or use a poly disc lid.

But the silica gel will absorb all moisture in that jar and so it is an closed environment.
If I make holes in the lid it is just drying on air.

Where did you get the silica packet and what has it been in contact with that has transfered to that print? Shoes? Pills? Fingers?

tbh I take rice and salt and wrapped em up in a paper towel and blue taped that into packets and toss those in with the dried fruits into quart jars for storage.

is a print that wet tho? I mean I leave em foil covered inside the SAB overnight to dry so Im hearing ya, but foil is easy. still do it tho and see what happens

I want them 100% dry so thay can stay for years. I make my prints in petri dishes an I needed them to make more prints. So I hat to put the fresh prints out of the petris.

I will not see wath happens to them I will donate them to a spore ring.
