I should have used a scalpel or some scissors and sorely regret it. Would you guys recommend I harvest the rest? Or just see if it becomes contaminated?

It's fine dude.
I once gave a shoebox to a friend, because she wanted to have some shrooms growing at home. You wouldn't believe what she has done with a sub after 1st flush, it was like putting a firecracker inside. It still produced a nice 2nd flush.

Thanks for the reply! I noticed that there are tiny pieces of fruit bruising on the surface of where I pulled. Should I get rid of those?

I'd just leave them although it's fine and will still fruit no need to damage the sub more.
