after you inoculate your grain spawn bag and start incubation what humidity should this be done at or does it not need humidity in this stage just heat

It doesn't even need heat. Room temp is better for colonizing and fruiting. 

No need to do anything for humidity either. All of the moisture needed is in the grain for this step.

i mean i do think mine will need heat because i keep my house at 64F at all times and i think that a little cold for them. am i right? wont it take awhile at this temp

That is the bottom of the temp range for colonizing. Personally, I don't think the risks or effort involved with heating are worth a slight increase in speed.

What area do you live in and for what purpose do you keep it that cold in your house, if you don't mind me asking? I live near the Canadian border and things are really warm here already. High temps for the day here are currently 75-80F. It would cost me a fortune to maintain that temp through summer. I had to scrap a king oyster grow a couple days ago because I could not keep it cold enough in my house. They like around 55-65F

i live in north central US and idk its just the way i was raised we've just always had it cold in the house. and that's surprising cause everything ive read is 75f is the perfect temp for all stages of life for b+ cubensis

Do not incubate. If your room is above 60F, then youre good. Ideally u want your room at around 70-75F. If your room is too cold, use a space heater. Dont directly incubate your spawn!
