Why my agar is like this?
    #26652655 - 05/06/20 10:14 AM (3 years, 8 months ago)

so sometimes (not all of them) my agar loses its Transparency , not alot but its obvious , my question is: is this some kind of bacteria or something? or is it because i use tap water? any other reason im missing?
i personally don't think this is contam because its been 1 day and mycelium is actually starting to grow (it was a transfer) so i don't know

edit : last note : this is a no pour method and i've been noticing like after agar turns to gel there is a slight amount on top which remains liquid , can this be that liquid which is solidified after? i tried bumping the agar more but still got the same thing

There's different kinds of bacteria. And some will cover a plate in a day or 2
