Habitat: Found in eucalypt forest floor. Growing in thick leaf litter and fallen branches
Gills: range from beige to dark brown
Stems: 4 to ~7cm in length, white and firm.
Caps: 2-5cm, ranging from pale golden brown to dark brown
Spore print color: still waiting but can post when complete
Bruising: Obvious blue-ish bruising on the caps and stems
Went to the same spot as my first forage. Found this lot growing in a group. Some were growing very close together in sort of clusters, is this common in subs? Fruits that grew at the bottom of the cluster and were shaded by larger ones showed much darker cap colour in the areas that were shaded, is this of any significance? Many other mushrooms were growing individually, but all were found in the same patch.
Spotting them with more confidence now but can't be too careful when starting out! Thanks again!

The Lighting In The Pictures Is Not The Best, But They All Look To Be Psilocybe Subaeruginosa, Nice Finds
Just Make Sure They All Bruise Blue The Dark Purplish Areas On The Caps Are Spores.
