Does anyone ever ask for permission? I am planning on going shrooming somtime soon and im also planning on asking permission from the farmers (if i see them) cuz i think of it as if i were in there shoes i would allow someone to pick mushrooms in my field. So, anyone ever ask permission?

It would seem more logical to ask the farmer. If he doesnt want you picking them he will tell you and you can go to another field.

I would personally want to keep as far away from the farmer as possible. He may say "yes, go pick the shrooms" and then call the police and direct them straight to you. Most people, especially farmers, can be quite prejudiced when it comes to drugs.

i always ask permission to take nature pics of cows and horses...usually the farmer will gvet tired of watching you if you take your time and he will go away and leave you be.....
