Some mushrooms going dark, general surface condition questions
    #26650620 - 05/05/20 12:26 PM (3 years, 8 months ago)

Hello Guys,

Am i doing okay here?
This is 7 days after first pin showed up. Some of the mushrooms are going great but i start to notice other are going a little dark - aborting ? Some of them are white-ish on the caps. Is there contam or am i good ?
I fan a lot and i mist 2 times a day typically.
Any advice?

I think they look okay. Fanning wont do any good, but mist when the surface looks dry. You can tell by the shade of brown from the coir lightens up

looks like you have verm in there, which helps retain water. It looks ok. Sign of being too wet usually is getting small fruits and aborts. But I think it looks ok, just don't baby it because its easy to think it looks dry, it looks wet, it never looks perfect and babying can cause someone to over do it. You will want to see little beads of water on surface like a spider web with dew on it, but since its fruiting, maybe harder to see. But those fruits look very healthy to me, from the pic anyways.

possibly the smaller ones. Just let em alone and see what happens. Aborts are very potent
