Is my substrate contaminates? Slow growth, small fruits. Fuzzy white mycelium ?
    #26650533 - 05/05/20 11:56 AM (4 years, 8 months ago)

Hey everyone, this is my second flush after dunking and have gotten many pins around the sides but very slow growth. When some are maturing they are very small (1-3 inches and weigh less than a gram dry). I thought dunking for 12 hours would increase growth and size but it’s nearly the same even after moving it into a mono tub(used to fruit in a grow bag). I fan and mist about 4-5 times a day. Fae holes are lightly filled with polyfill and my tub sits right below a window that gets plenty of light. I got more fruits from first flush in the grow bag but 2nd flush has been disappointing. This morning I noticed his fuzzy white mycelium growing on the top of the sub, I don’t know if it’s contam or mycelium.  Is there any explanation you guys can figure out that can help me?  thank you.

It looks really dry. Check out Misting & FAE👇
Some pics in there show optimal surface conditions.
I'm not seeing anything alarmingly contaminated in that
pic and it is fruiting so 👍 If you're into agar you could make
a clone at this point or at least take some spore prints to
make your own syringes or whatever to keep going again.

Do like a high altitude misting so it can fall on it gently like how a
mist would naturally
