Are these signs of contamination?

Hu Fellow growers,
First time grower here, so please forgive any noob questions I might ask.
I have been following this Rye grain tek: https://mycotopia.net/topic/42752-a-rye-tek-for-anyone-even-noobies/
The first time I inoculated my jars, they got contaminated by trich with a week or so. After disposing them and cleaning the jars, the followed the tek again for the second time and fortunately there were no contaminants visible after a week or so. It has been 3 weeks now and I do not notice any green or blue stuff which is contimantion for sure. But different jars have been growing at different rates. One of them is close to 8-% colonization while another onle is stagnated at aroudn 20-30 %. Lately I have been seeing some orangish tinge in some of the jars, especially the ones which started coloniza=ing first i.e. are a bit old at this point. Wanted to ask if they are contaminants or not. ALso, how much longer should I wait before trying to fruit them in my shotgun chamber.
Here are the pics,
After 10 days,

After 22 days,

.

Here is my old thread in case you need some more details. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26590294
Any help is appreciated.

Looks like there's some bacteria inside, but not too bad.
You can't really use SGFC to fruit grains tho. You can either do them in vitro or you could make a shoebox. I'd suggest you to do the latter.

I’ve seen that off white color in some jars I’ve done before they usually ended contammed when I tried to use them

I meant to say a shoebox fruiting chamber, my bad. How long do you think I should wait before trying to fruit them?

Grains can be contaminated even if they don't look it. Bacteria hides in grains very well, and molds like trich, which actually start out white, are very good at hiding in grain spawn. The typically won't turn green until you spawn them, because when you expose them to air you are fruiting the mold (the green is it sporulAting.)
First off are you using a still air box? Second.. it looks like you are using spore solution to inoculate. Spore prints and syringes are never 100% clean.. the fruits were grown in contaminated air after all. While BRF cakes are usually forgiving enough to be inoculated with spore syringes, grains should not. Grain spawn should always start with a clean culture on agar..
If you want to work with grain, you should work with agar.
Also, half pints do not hold much grain spawn, typically we use quart jars.

Grain spawn should never be opened until it is 100% colonized. You *can* case grain and fruit that way but it's better to spawn to a bulk substrate.
Honestly it sounds like you have quite a bit more research to do before attempting to grow on grains.
Get off those mycotopia teks. Did you a favor:

I really hope mold didn't get in. I plan to fruit it into coco coir + vermiculite substrate with perlite at the bottom. Maybe I'll try to fruit it this weekend. I read somewhere about this orangish secretion being metabolites from the mycellium but I don't know.

Spawn it after it's fully colonized. Do *not* put perlite at the bottom. Read the links I gave you, there is a shoebox one in there too.
Right now you should bang the outside of your grain jars against something like a bike or car tire to break up the grains, then shake the grain up. This will help the uncolonized spots colonize faster, and by watching how the grain recovers you can tell if they are contaminated or not.
