Hi,
Went out on a bit of a scouting mission today, first time looking for mushrooms! Although I didn't find any sub candidates, I'm pretty interested in knowing what all of them are anyway. I'm not going to eat and didn't even keep any of them, so nothing to take too serious.
Apologies if this is the wrong place just for random mushrooms.
They were all found in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia. The first 2 were in a grassy eucalyptus forest and the rest were in a pine forest with lots of dead pine needles and rotting wood covering the ground.
Species #1:
I suspect it's Mycena sp.

Species #2:
Suspect this another Mycena sp. too.

Species #3:
Pretty sure this is Amanita muscaria.

Species #4:
Spherical with no stem, some sort of puffball?

Species #5:

Species #6:

Species #7:

Species #8:
Cap about 15 cm across.

Species #9:

Species #10:
Maybe Pycnoporus cinnabarinus?

Species #11:

Species #12:
  ![]()
Species #13:
Could be a Omphalotus nidiformis? Didn't realise this was a thing until I got home, so didn't think to check if it was phosphorescent!

Species #14:
I think these were all the same, seems like the common variety people find in fields and eat? Not sure what they're called though!

Species #15:
I think these were all the same mushroom, they weren't together though, could be Lactarius deliciosus.

Species #16:

Thanks!

Here are my guesses on a few. 1: Mycena 2: Mycena 3: Amanita muscaria 6: Laccaria, maybe Laccaria lacatta 7: Gymnopilus 8: looks like Suillellus. But definitely something Boletaceae. 9: Galerina 11: Gymnopilus
Can’t confidently say on the rest.

I was really curious about 12 and 16. I thought they could be Gymnopilus but they just seem a little indistinct in comparison to the Gymnopilus I’m fully familiar with. The yellow Gymnopilae[?] are toughies.
