how to seal mycobags?

Hello everyone! After years of growing in jars it is time to move to the next level: grow bags.
Whats the procedure for using the bags? (load with grain, sterilization, inoculation from syringe and g2g). Considering that the bags only have an air exchange port.
How to seal the bags? What alternatives are there to seal them?
I appreciate all the information related to the grow bags.

load grains>sterilize>inoculate with wedge, lc, or G2G then spawn to bulk. An impulse sealer to seal. Some people use other methods such as bag ties

Do you know how to properly sterilized the bags in the PC? We don't seal them until after they are inoculated. They get sterilized with a piece of tyvek in-between the gussets and then accordian folded.
After inoculation you can either seal them with an impulse sealer or close the tops up with zip ties or tie wire.
With grains you should not be inoculating with spores. It should always start with a clean agar culture.
The way I work with bags is I inoculate my master grain quart jars with agar culture and then G2G into spawn bags with 4 quarts of grain for a total of 5 quart spawn bags. 1 bag per tub.

I don’t put a piece of tyvek in between, it’s not necessary. I never have and always have great results

Are you using a PC or a Sterilizer? The idea behind the tyvek is as a PC cools it pulls dirty air inside and the tyvek is there to filter the bags.
I stopped using tyvek myself when I switched to a Sterilizer, because it pulls a vacuum instead of pulling in dirty air. I break the vacuum in front of my flow hood so it's only pulling in sterile air from the hood.
If you have been getting away without the tyvek, more power to you man! Either way it's an easy step. Also it's easier to unfold the bags with the tyvek
