Bod’s top fruiting tek harvesting question w/ PICS

Hi everybody, doing my first grow right now with bod’s easy af top fruiting tek. Everything has been going well and harvested a few of my cakes successfully, but my upcoming cakes have a crap ton of pins on the sides and bottoms. So I would really appreciate your experiences opinions on what to do because I’m at a loss. My questions:
1) Should I harvest them one at a time as they mature? Or all at once, pins and aborts and all? I’ve started picking them one at a time yesterday after doing some reading online (RR’s advice) but it’s impossible to do properly with the side and bottom pins. The cakes won’t even come out because they’re so packed.
2) I have read conflicting info on whether to twist and pull or to use a knife. I have started using a knife also as per RR’s advice but it’s difficult again with the side/bottom pins.
3) If I were to pick them all at once, would pins regrow for the second flush? Because RR has noted that all the pins are made during the first flush, and that they are in waiting mode for the second and third flush.
I will post some example pics below. Please ignore the blue bruising and leftover stubs, they’re from trying to get the cake out and using a knife to harvest individual fruits. All the moisture is because I submerged the cake in water earlier to try to get the cake out due to not wanting to damage the pins on the top:

Thank you all very much for reading. I know it’s a lot of questions. Any help is appreciated.

I like twist and pull personally
I harvest when they are ready rather than all at once
Pins will form in later flushes

Thank you for your response. I’m thinking I’ll just pick them all and leave what’s possible. I’ll also just pluck my cakes and knife it for my bulk.

I wouldn't pick all the pins. Like, don't worry if you accidentally pull some, but try to leave them intact for the next flush.
