Introspective Strains and Species
    #26643359 - 05/02/20 10:08 AM (3 years, 8 months ago)

What strain or species do you believe is most introspective? Or are they all introspective?

After my trip last night, Im personally convinced that African Transkei is one of the best introspective strains of all time. It will always be one of my favorites.

As for species, Pan cyans is also very introspective.

What would be your top choices in introspective strains and species?

The nature of mushrooms and all psychedelics in general are all introspective for me...I never have a trip that isn't introspective, introspection is an essential quality of all psychedelics.

Psilocybe allenii, psilocybe cyanescens, psilocybe cubensis and the various "strains" of cubensis I've had...I don't find anyone of them to be more or less introspective than another  .

They're all the same to me in that regard. So is LSD.

I find the amount of introspection one has during a trip to be much more of a component of the setting and the individuals mind/personality rather than the strain/species of mushroom....All psychedelics and all species/strains of mushrooms tend to catalyze introspection to some degree, and I feel the extent to which one is introspective lays mostly within the personality of the person and/or the setting they're in.

I appreciate your view. I would definitely agree however, in my experience, some types of shrooms tend to amplify introspection more than others while other types are more recreational/party.
