6 Weeks in. Slow Growth/No Growth. Think these are ready to be birthed? If not, how can I help?

Noticed slowed growth around week four. I took off the tin foil at week 4. Then about after a week of no further growth, flipped them over.

Any suggestions on how to help em out? Or do ya'll think it's time to birth em?

Keeping them at 80F. Dark Room.

Appreciated

Keep them at 72-75°f and on 12/12 light cycle always. They look ready
