Makes me think Agaricus. There is a lot of exposure in your first pic that makes it hard to see. Sorry to be finicky. Check out this "Trial field key" for your area -> http://www.svims.ca/council/Agari2.htm

Spores are purple, agarics have dark brown i think. No idea really, possibly a stropharia.

Right - the pics weren't really perfect - I was on mushrooms while I was there haha but it seemed kinda special and I didn't think about how my pics would be hard to ID after the fact and just got it done with what I could do at that moment
The remnants of the veil on the edges of the cap def give it a kinda stropharia vibe though ^ is what I kinda felt too.

Considering the velar remnants on the cap alongside the purple spore deposit I'd suggest Leratiomyces, either L. riparius or L. percevalii.
Please note that gill shots are most helpful when the mushroom is intact.

User maynardjameskeenan found the above mentioned mushroom in woodchips in Oregon as well https://mushroomobserver.org/134460?q=1BvKg

The mushroom looks white outdoors but indoors yellow. Helps to give such info (colour for instance) in a description alongside your photos.
