Colonization: Time to mix bag or wait (1st Timer)

I have several "All-In-One" Grow bags that I decided to start with. There are two different bag types. One, Rye Berry Seed, Straw, and horse manure. Two, Rye Berry seed, straw, and Hardwood sawdust.
I have inoculated the "manure" bags with GT and the hardwood bags with Lions Mane. The inoculation took place on 4/18. I used approx. 5cc's per bag (approx. 3lbs/4qts of substrate in each bag, out-grow bags).
Currently one of the GT bags is showing good mycelium growth. The other is showing a lot of humidity, but to my untrained eye does not look like any external colonization is taking place.
The Lions mane bags in the past couple of days looked like they had a lot of "mycelium piss" (maybe), but now looks like they are beginning to colonize.
My question is, at this point should I look to shake up these bags, don't shake at all, or wait for further colonization?
