    #26638535 - 04/30/20 08:26 AM (3 years, 8 months ago)

Hi guys, would you say there is some kind of white mold here? I can see 2 types of growth but cant say for sure that here is 2 different organisms.. jar is 7 days old from LC... LC was made from clean agar, and another 15 jars shows only nice white myc.. ill shake jars tomorrow so i will know for sure is this mold or not, just want to hear what you will say

If you zoom in center of growth on pic you can see what different type of growth i m talking about... never had this, maybe early germination of myc so it looks funky.. i would say its not mold also coz its to slow for mold. I shook my LC jars after inoculation to see how it comes so i think if some  mold was in the jar it would not be localized like this.t

Yeah that's a good bounce back. Now just let it fill in a little denser
and it'll be ready to go

Looks good!!

What type of jars are those?
One piece lids are nice. I use the autoclavable plastic lids, with an SFD popped underneath but they work great with polyfill too

Sorry for not answering your question.. those are 720ml, i have small ass PC so i can fit only this size. And i found this one piece lids in some random local store, they have some silicon rubber inside i like a lot, it fits jars nice and tight and they are easy to unscrew.

Less then 3 days after spawn:
