You can buy something that looks almost exactly like that i China that costs about $200 USD.
I tried to get one a few years back, via alibaba or something but because of shipping costs, and a stipulation that I’d have to order a minimum of 10- or 20 of them...I didn’t or couldn’t  .
If you lived there though....
