i really shouldn't it could be the shortest year ever
anyway everybody gets a half acre of arable land and a pair of goats unless they already own property. let's rip out all the invasive ornamental european and exotic transplants and replace them with things that bear good fruit. all those neighborhood trees are sucking up valuable space if they're not producing food. just go cut em down, save the wood you might need it. replace them with somethibg delicious. every street, every park, public space, unused field. apples and plums will grow anywhere. we might not have that long but we will sure be glad they're there if we make it that far
for now let's focus on short season, high protein, long storage life

no fish today. been thinking about money and how that parts gonna work. we should try to make it a priority to take over the banks, unless you guys want to get rid of them completely I'm down with that too. or we should just start our own banks, maybe a system of small, locally-owned co-op style/community-based banks. if we're not gonna burn it all to the ground lets strategically buy out all the large corporations, and turn em into non profits

before we start fucking with the money we are all definitely gonna need to be armed. im still working on the military that parts still up in the air. always best to plan for the worst. to be honest, it's not too promising. there is hope though. we are going to need citizen militias and democracy if they won't join us im thinking the national guard is our most likely ally at this point

Everything that needs a bailout should be nationalized. You can have privatized profits and shared public loses for a firm. That's a klepotcracy. If the firm is nationally important you bail it out, nationalize it and move on (like Boeing). If it's not nationally important like Macy's, you let it fail and crumble.

At the fall of the Berlin Wall the Treuhandanstalt commission decided which firms in East Germany were competitive and important to the country and which were not and should fail. It was a highly difficult bureaucratic decisions, but ultimately led to an economic powerhouse. You gotta cut off a few fingers to save the limb.
Opposite that is Japan's multidecade experiment with quantitative easing and zero percent interest rates. It can be argued that they aren't quite comparable because of Japan's demographics.
But I strongly believe that not everyone should be bailed out. Fragile systems are made stronger by letting small parts of it fail from time to time. It reduces the excesses and bad players. Continuing to prop up shitty firms is a terrible policy in the long run.

Everything should be nationalized and redistributed to the people uniformly and fairly.

I voted as follows: YES - The Dems have no suitable candidate.
There are many reasons why I believe that, the overarching reason being that Joe Biden is simply uninspiring to people. Trump's base, on the other hand, is as rabid as ever to see to it that their candidate gets re-elected.
