Do these oyster logs on hardwood pellets look ok?

I inoculated these two bags over 2 weeks ago at 10% and 20% spawn ratio. The hardwood pellets were pasteurized in boiling water in a cooler, left for 24 hours, then inoculated with rye grain spawn 24 hours later. The 16" poly tubes were then packed as tight as possible and 6 holes were punctured in each with an arrow broad head. The logs were then left to incubate on a rack under my monotubs. The bucket was inoculated a week prior in a similar fashion but at a lower spawn rate.
Is there anything I should do differently next time?

They look good to me. Those are very large substratres, just watch out for water building up in the bottom and causing bacterial rot with such large ones, although the bags do not look like they are doing that at all right now
Since you can't see in buckets, I always drill a small hole in the bottom for water to drain out if there's too much.

I didn't know you could do hardwood pellets without sterilizing them. Pouring boiling water on them isn't really pasteurization either. So curious to see how this turns out.

You can get away without sterelization if there is no supplementation. You also don't really need to pasteurize them, just an added step to help prevent contams.

Update:
This is the log with the 20% spawn ratio. I was using the humidity dome to increase Rh while pins were smaller and removing and misting about 5x a day. The last two days I have left it off as I was worried about Co2 and just misting the outside of the bag, the mushrooms and the rubber base. The mushrooms looks a little strange, discoloration around the edge. Any thoughts or advice?
Also, do these look like standard blue oysters? They're grown from a culture I took from supermarket mushrooms that only said "oyster mushrooms"

Make sure they are getting light where they are discolored.

The brown on the edges of those looks more like lack of moisture to me
You can't overmist oysters so it's safe to add more moisture however you can
