I have been taking and doing a lot
Of research on morning glory’s and
The different ways to take it.
From what I have learnt is that
Extracts are not as powerful then
Ingesting the seeds.

My way of taking the seeds
Is simple.

Grind up 6 grams of seeds.
Put them in a glass when powdered.
Then just cover the mixture with
Cold water. Swill it round then
Just knock it back.

The effects of the natural way are
Just way more better in my view
And opinion.

The extract makes you
Sleepy.
But the pure seeds make
You more awake and alert.

Any vasoconstriction issues or nausea?

Do you notice any built up tolerance to constriction/nausea after some repeated use, does it intensify/drop off?

Before I joined this forum, I hadn't taken LSA in decades. I used to have a real problem with nausea and gastrointestinal upset with the seeds, after grinding them up. However, I did a bunch of trips on HBW and MG seeds in February and March, and I found that whether I ate the seed pulp/powder whole or extracted it with either alcohol and water, I got nothing as far as nausea.

I firmly believe that the reason is that part of my fitness regimen is intermittent fasting. Remembering how badly nauseous I used to get, I decided this time around I would try fasting for a minimum of 10 to 12 hours before ingesting a single seed. I have found, anecdotally, that not having any food in my stomach has completely obliterated nausea and any cramping. About the only thing I feel is a slight bit bloated. But this s hardly noticeable, much less uncomfortable.


Related to the thread topic, I have never tried eating ground up morning glory seeds. Not because of nausea, but because I find that a dose of them is just a sick amount of seed matter to have to chow down on. If I don't feel like doing a basic cold water extraction, and I really just want seeds, I reach for the HBW seeds. They both have similar effects on me, but eating 8 powdered seeds is better than trying to choke down a couple of hundred smaller ones.

Although, I won't lie. I haven't touched either HBW or MG seeds since I grew a closet full of mushrooms thanks to the AWESOME help from people here in the forum. Wow...when I consider that I joined this forum just under 3 months ago, specifically to inquire about LSA extraction and sources of seeds. At that time, I knew NOTHING about mushrooms, but decided to grow them anyway lol and am getting a crop even now, and have been tripping on my own harvest for 3 weeks now.

Man, it just occurs to me. A lot can happen in 2 months!
